It is just across the Central Station, if you travel by train - it is great. We were coming by car. We have called the hotel prior to arrival, and they have explained where to find the entrance to their underground parking. It is basically on the side street of the hotel. It is busy area, but coming there with car was no problem at all. The hotel room was ready at 15:00, but we were arriving earlier (at 12:00). We were able to park the car in their parking without any problem. The parking lots are very small, so it was a bit challenging. If you have a bigger car, maybe consider to park in the more big underground parking place. We have paid for parking 19 euro per day, and did it by the reception. After paying you get a coin to insert to be able to leave the parking. Everything went very smooth. The parking was our biggest concern, considering the busy location near the Central Station. The room was very clean. Everything worked very well. The stuff is extremely polite and always willing to help.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Europe hands down. The location was fantastic. It was just right beside Antwerp Central Station. The hotel is surrounded by so many food shops, convenient stores and even pharmacies. My room window view was so beautiful and mesmerising I miss it so much. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They definitely have good customer service. One of the staff (Olivier, i think he’s the male staff if I’m not wrong) saw my name during check in and informed me that their breakfast buffet is HALAL and personally i feel touched that he pointed it out and informed me. I did end up taking breakfast throughout my stay and it tasted good. The other female staff (Gloriane and there’s a few more which I didn’t get to catch their names) were also very nice to me and helped me when I asked them questions regarding Belgium’s transportation system. On top of that, the hotel gave my father a free room upgrade which I’m very appreciative of as well.

I chose the Leonardo because of its proximity to the station. I had to catch a 6 a.m. train and this hotel was ideal. Even I managed to be on the platform within 60 seconds. Although it is vitually impossible to be more in the center of town, there was no, or very little, noise in my room. Traffic or otherwise. Breakfast was relatively standard. Scrambled eggs, cheeses, assorted meats, choice of rolls, pastries or whatever type of birdfood people eat these day and the usual drinks. I liked the room, large, quiet, the resonably late breakfast hours, a modest food option for lunch or dinner or even room service. A daily service opt out was an added bonus. (No need to tidy up before the maids arrive ...) Around the hotel there are a million different places to eat, shopping is great and it is within walking distance of the opera house, the Queen Elisabeth hall, museums and galleries.

Location - Across the road from the Central Train Station. Close to everything. Quiet - Despite being in a busy location, noise was not an issue. We were in room #543 on the 5th level. There was a lift to all floors which was wonderful. We had booked for 3 people, but the 3rd bed was not made up. Notified reception and fixed in 5 minutes. Special thanks to Timor on the front desk. We had telephoned a couple of days before check-in to see if possible to leave our luggage there for 3 days after check-out. It worked smoothly and we were able to place it in a secured room in a secured locker in the basement.

Superb value hotel right beside the train station. Bed and pillow were very firm, which I like, and made for a great night's sleep. The room was on the small side but I had booked a single room so this was not a surprise. The staff were courteous and helpful. The neighbourhood around the hotel had lots of bars and restaurants, and was close to a metro stop that can take you downtown. Overall I was very pleased with the Leonardo hotel and would recommend it to others
